Awful customer service.

They will take your money but treat you like a criminal if you try to exchange.

Never buy anything more than a tenner as you may as well kiss it goodbye if something goes wrong.

Are you referring to online purchases?

For instore purchases I've never had an issue with exchanges/returns. Although I usually use them during sales, as there normal prices are usually overprices compared to the other big sports wear outlets.

The only issue I've had with them instore, is when they refused to sell my GF a bag because they said it was mispriced. Although I think thats poor customer service when you've bought several items, I wouldn't normally be too bothered. However, in this instance the justification was that they couldn't find another one for the same price instore. Which ofcourse they couldn't, because it was the last one

To be honest though, I can sympathise with them for that. I expect they get alot of people swapping tickets in there.

Thats one of the reasons I'm normally not too bothered. Even with a large store I can understand sometimes a staff member sticks the wrong label on by mistake.

However, in this case the reduced label was stuck onto the actual Nike product label. And it was pretty obvious it couldn't have been swapped from another item given the type of sticker and its condition.

What annoyed me was that the checkout person said "well there isn't another one priced the same so it has to be a mistake". That was a misleading statement, since there wasn't another one in the store
