Was in my Local Tesco today and picked up the above picked onions 560g for 10p also:
Haywards Whole Gherkins
Haywards Red cabbage
Cooks and Co Green Olives with Sun Dried Tomatoes for 10p each.

I have checked Tesco.com and they only have the Picked Onions on offer. They are all in date until 2009 so will save until Christmas.

Not really just endorsing the product, it's apparently a secret family recipe handed down from generation to generation. Whatever the truth, I bought some of these the other week and they tasted pretty nice to me, sure they'll taste even nicer at only 10p a jar!

Barry Norman works for me. Even just the search term Barry returns this item. Maybe it is dependent on which is your local store, if they don't stock the item, it won't show up on your online search?
#18
Wow! what a deal. No Tesco by me :-(
#19
All I get is Barry White's greatest hits :x

If you sign in at Tesco.com and then click on Food&Drink, then click on Tins, Packs and Jars, then Pickles, Olives,Peppers, then Pickled Onions it comes up at the top of the list. Just tried it. A bit of humble pie might be needed with these pickled onions !!!
#21
My Tescos doesn't have it in stock or mentions of the shelves, despite it being a medium size store. Online when I login and has it online which you think it wouldn't if you got your details for that location
#22
these are incredible!

Also, loving his website being pickled odeon. Oh the wit.

This is what I've just done: Gone to Tesco.com
Clicked on Groceries & Wine then clicked on forwarding arrow which says go to Groceries
From here I signed in
Clicked on food & drink
Under Kitchen cupboard you click on Tins, packs & Jars
another menu: Pickles, Olives & Peppers
another menu: Pickled Onions
Hey Presto !!!! List 10p onions at top

Don't know if area has anything to do with it, Can't see why it should. Must be maddening for you.

Gah....followed you exactly to the letter and there's no Barry Norman to be seen!!! It must be the location - central London though! For Jesus Sake. The lowest priced pickled onions are Tesco Value Pickled Onions at £0.32.

I think they should sack someone for this outrageous situation. I'm going to write to my MP and demand Barry Norman pickles be made available to me. THIS IS POSTCODE DESCRIMINATION! I WANT TO EAT BARRY NORMAN'S PICKLED ONIONS!!!1!

Hi - I followed it and was able to find them - I live in the northwest so it's not just London. Follow it again :-

Click on-

'Tins, packets, jars' then 'pickles, olives, peppers' then on 'pickled onions, pickles and gherkins'
the first product is the barry norman pickled onions (says 10p).

Hope that helpsX

**Also found it by typing in 'Barry Norman' - pickles come up

I bought 5 jars tonight from my local store. They had loads on the shelf although the ticket did say they were £1.99 so had to double check before I bought them. But they did come up at 10p

What a bargain. Cheers

Went into Tesco today and they were marked at about £1.99 but were indeed 10p once price checked. It must be said they are a powerful taste so you might not want to dive in and buy 4 jars like I did.

Incidentally Tesco.com home shopping only can access the local store that supplies the postcode you provide. The only way to change it is to send an order to a different address. Unfortunately I used to work in their customer services and this was a common gripe
