Horrid stuff - but it's at 150 degrees, so it must be good!

Sorry to be pedantic but all that says is that one other person on this forum also thinks its not good; the third post only says that they don't know about it, but given your advice they will avoid it.

Its hardly the conclusive proof that your post would suggest

Sorry to be equally pedantic, but who said anything about conclusive proof? I just expressed an opinion.

In the two threads there have been 4 comments expressing an opinion - all of them unfavourable. Two of those were mine, admittedly, but there were two others. No proof at all, I agree, but so far we haven't seen any positive comments from anyone who's actually tried the stuff. I have, and it wasn't something I'll be trying again. I haven't voted either way.

Okay, maybe I misinterprited your post then, I've perhaps spent too much of my life reading articles which use citation.

If I read a statement, followed by a source, I immediately assume that the link would be to provide evidence towards the case... my bad though, just a misunderstanding.

I haven't voted either way either, having never tried the product I wouldn't be in a good position to decide what would be considered good value; and I appreciate that people need to post their opinions on a product to help others.

Come to think of it, I can't think what irrated me so much about your original post, what a difference and hour and a half makes. Sorry if you thought my post was a personal attack, it reading it back it sort of appeared that way.

I went to the BR in Swansea recently, have to say it is terrbile as well as being bloody expensive. If this stuff tastes anything like that then I'd save your money, it tastes cheap even though its costing you a fortune!

Joe's Ice Cream for those from the area is 10 times better.

How does it compare to the real stuff in the shops though? Is it just a case of the ice cream already having been defrosted like tsco and others do, which leads to stomach ache?

I think it's the same stuff they sell, it's just not very nice.
