  No problem! I don't think it activates on steam though (you need to use the GMG client), but at £12, I'm not that fussed. :)

  They sell you a code you simply enter into your Steam account (usually). occasionally it is different but I doubt it will be anything other than Steam only for this one.

  It's only Steamworks games that they do this for which Batman isn't. You'll have to use their own client to download the game like someone else already mentioned.
