A great price, if you're looking to get both the films together :)
Granted, there'll be people who'll want to wait for the Batman Begins / The Dark Knight / The Dark Knight Rises collection, but if you're just looking for the two available right now, this is the cheapest you'll find it, from what I can see ^^
Two really great films. The Dark Knight, especially.
Magnificent.

"Based on the DC Comics series, BATMAN BEGINS explains Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) transformation from billionaire playboy to crime-fighting 'Caped Crusader'. In this welcome addition to the saga, our hero faces the triple threat of martial arts leader Ra's al Ghul (Ken Watanabe), hallucinogen-wielding Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy), and a wave of corruption that has descended on Gotham.
Director Christopher Nolan's second offering, THE DARK KNIGHT, pits Batman against two new enemies: the Joker (Heath Ledger in a gleefully maniacal, tour de force performance) and Two Face (Aaron Eckhart), a former politician with an axe to grind.
Nolan has successfully steered the look and feel of both movies away from the gothic, almost cartoonish style that characterised Tim Burton's films, opting instead for a gritty realism that takes the franchise in a darker, more dramatic direction."

You're welcome! :)

I ordered The Dark Knight just by itself at Christmas for the £8 deal. Kinda wish I'd waited now, especially since I haven't got round to watching it :p
Ah well, I've got Batman Begins on DVD anyway, that'll have to do for now ^^

What do you mean? ^^
I've not done it yet, I was just watching something else on it :p
Is there some awesome bonus or the like? :D

Hot! I'm not too fond of Blu-Rays (yet) but I'd buy it if I didn't get the DVD double pack for £12 at HMV last year
#9
I didn't have the Dark Knight in my top 10 films after I watched it t the cinema. I got the double disc on Blu Ray from Sainsburys last week for £8 and after watching it twice at the weekend and viewing the special features it's now my number one film ever!

That English was atrocious.

Ah right, that makes sense :D
I may well watch it tonight :D

Also, I'm glad it's made it into your top 10 now, RoBad :)
It is a ridiculously good film. The music in the final scene as he rides off into the night is amazing!

I think so. I was in HMV earlier (in-store, I mean), and I vaguely recall it being £18 still.

£4's a pretty decent saving to only have to wait a few days for it to come in the mail :)

Yup £18. I called up to check.. As usual - prices in store don't reflect on line prices.
