Heat added to combat the chilly feeling...

I wasn't able to go to IMAX last time around. Really going to make the effort to go for this! £14 for 2 films is good in itself, but for IMAX too!

We've got it on Dvd... so won't bother to go see it again in the pics

* 30 January - 26 February
#14
I have them on Blu-ray and a suround sound so I probely wont go. That and my nearest IMAX is Glasgow and I live near Aberdeen.
#15
yeah i saw this in December at the Imax in Melbourne, supposedly the biggest screen in the world (until we went to Sydney and they claimed the same...)

Anyhow, it was amazing, never been to Imax before but yes, it blew my socks off. Only a handful of scenes were shown in full screen though (all citywide shots and some of the major action sequences).

anyway, yes, amazing.

I hope Manchester are following suit. Any ideas? Odeon's website doesn't seem to have any listings for it.
#20
Also showing at Glasgow on 27/28 February.

(Five hours of film starting at 7pm? I'll bring my Bat-jammies.)
#21
there is one night in London when both films are showing. £13 per seat EACH so watching both is £26 in total per person.

If I lived near Birmingham this would be an amazing deal imo.
#22
Definitely going for this one! Will round up the troops, the Blu-Ray looks amazing on my set but i know from past experience that IMAX is out of this world.

£14 is a lot considering you could get both films for about the same (heck, Begins cost me £3 on HD-DVD and TDK has been as low as £12 on BD) but i doubt there'll be many chances in my life to see these films in this way.
#23
Well worth the trip and bargain tastic price. Good find and tickets brought. Thanks.
#24
Truly amazing in iMax and well worth paying extra for - even better at this reduced cost! Hot deal.
#25
lol £14. I paid less than that to get both films in HD.
#26
HD Aint Imax though is it? its your living room! :P
#27
