I know. Ditto.:x

Don't care though; so chuffed with the find. Hardback Deluxe edition (and probably a 1st edition print) at under £6. Back of the net. I love this book. It's in my top 3 Batman books (with Arkham Asylum and The Dark Knight Returns). An Arkham Asylum game is due out very soon.:w00t:

I've not read one since "A Death in the Family". Been out of touch a bit I suppose but I've been buying comics ond and off for nearly 40 years now.

I guessed your age by your avatar. I've got some early Genesis lurking around. Do check out the other two - especially The D K Returns (it's set when Batman has retired - by Frank Miller - awesome). cheapest at Tesco again http://www.tesco.com/books/Product.aspx?R=9781852867980
I own it in this format http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/068140969X/ref=dp_olp_collectible?ie=UTF8&condition=collectible OK, so I can't retire yet; but it shows the value of "deluxe edition" Batman books.

Thanks for the tip - I'll look out for more of these! As for early Genesis, Santa brought me this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Genesis-1970-1975-6dvd/dp/B00104WHLA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1230316470&sr=8-1 - it's fantastic!
