Voted hot, it was also on here last week. Great deal when you consider play.com are selling the 4 AA batteries in a pack for £9.99.

wasnt the charger rubbish? like it didnt cut off charging andthe batteries were low capacity?

Sorry having to vote this cold. Why? You get 4AA batteries with a charger that is only capable of charging 2 of them at a time. What is the point of that with so many things needing all 4 batteries at a time? This means the charge time before you can use the batteries again is doubled. so COLD vote from me!

Sorry but maybe you should check before you post.

It recharges 4 batteries at a time, two on the front and two on the back ! :whistling:

Most compact chargers are like this.

Again, as per the other thread - there is no charge time anywhere with this product and when you work it out yourself it is over 24hrs!!! With no safety cut off I would get the Uniross Sprint for £15 instead...

The batteries alone are worth £7.99

Can't believe people are voting this cold.

Nice voted hot,

Save the batterys Save the world.

£4.99 in Netto (I think its the same ones anyway)

I'd recommend spending £2 more and getting one of these:

http://www.mx2.co.uk/default.asp?part=UNXPRESS700

It's a much better charger. Charges supplied batteries in 3.5 hours then trickle charges once full. It detects bad cells and has overcharge protection. Comes with an in-car adapter as well.

Thanks for the flaming mate I was getting chilly sat here, your flames have warmed me up nicely.:p

As to the others pointing out these do indeed charge 4 batterys at a time not 2 like I said. Then as you are men/ladies enough to point this out without name calling, then I will be man enough to admit to making a mistake and I apologise to the OP as I voted this cold on that assumption alone!

Top Bloke!

I voted hot and ordered these when posted before especially as High Capacity batteries, however, for work bought Energiser Compact Charger with 4 AA 2000mAh batteries for £9.99 from Robert Dyas, has auto cutoff.
I still think the Op is a good 'un...as was the OP Op

beware buying from play.com any order more than £18 from jersey is subject to import tax and has to be paid before delivery, ordered graphics card and had to pay £18.49 charge, contacted and was told that this information is on the website, asked her to find it for me and she couldnt, post office guy said someone ordered a games consol from them and the charge was over £200 on top of what they had paid

The VAT for orders over £18 are paid by Play.com and that's why orders are dispatched individually, incase some smaller valued products won't require VAT to be paid by them.

I purhchased this last week and I'm still waiting to receive it along with several other items..... Play.com are really getting very slow with there delivery times.
