I have one of these. They are not as quick as you might think. To blow up a double bed takes about 45 minutes. It also doesn't pump it up hard enough. What we do is use this to partially blow the bed up, then finish it with a footpump. It also eats batteries, so if you are planning to use one for regular camping, get some rechargables.
PS. I also has a suck facility, which is handy for getting the last of the air from a mattress when needing to pack it.
I bought this 3 years ago for use of pumping an inflatable mattress.
It was £25.00 back then, but to tell you the truth, even at this price i wouldn't buy it, quite simply because it doesn't run off the mains and sucks up batteries in no time.
I went through 8 batteries! voted cold for me
Wasn't the mains one posted a few days ago at about the same price,or was it this one?
We got the mains/rechargeable one from ELC in the sale last year for £5 iirc.Took it with us when we went camping earlier this year,& it worked fine.
This is a great price!
I bought one of these when I used to go camping regularly with a youth group I worked with. Invaluable if your going out camping as your not really gonna have a 240V supply in a field (and at events your not alowed to take vehicles on site for the 12V). I bought a set of half decent tesco's own batteries 4 years ago and have used it every summer and everytime my sister-in-law comes to stay (quite often) and haven't replaced the batteries once, to my memory.

If it's taking you 45 minutes to blow up a double mattress can I suggest that your not making a good seal around the nossle, as it tends to take about 2 minutes to blow a double up with mine, but I do have to hold it tight to the hole, and make sure that the oposite side of the bed isn't blocking it.

Great, good spot.
