Where can we get this cheaper? It's 33.25 on CD keys with code, will it ever get back to £27?
After playing the beta BF1 is the only game I want to constantly play from now on...

The beta was ok when it first went live, but it's been terrible today and yesterday. Even at it's best I don't think BF1 is as good as BF3/4

waiting for thew inevitable cheap ultimate edition from Mexico or whatever.

I just want to shoot Nazis. Nothing has been as good as the first two Call Of Dutys. They need to take a leaf out of Doom's book and simply redo those two games, and their maps, with a new engine and new graphics.

I used to love that game where you had to blow up other bunkers whilst protecting your own bunkers - think that was the expansion pack for Call Of Duty 2.

beta seems ok to me, much better than the bf4 beta in terms of stability. only played an hour though.

I agree they should go back to ww2 for cod games but battlefield can go where it wants it's proved it can go anywhere and work so far

I had a look at it was about £100 from origin Mexico.
I don't think that it will be possible to get this game cheap.

You've played one map and maybe two modes. Don't you think your judgement is a tad premature?

On day 1, it was stable... since then, it's been attrocious!
Apart for the laggy menus, I think the core game is ok but the back-end is all over the place.

BFHL is a bit too CoD-like (no reward for strategic thinking, low objective scores, OP weapons, etc.) for me but the cops vs robbers setting isn't particularly offputting.
We might change our tune if they do a future-shooter :p

^^ you know that it is a beta don't you? And a very, very popular beta to boot. Plus they have been getting hit with dos attacks.
I think it is the best BF since BFBC2- love the old tech and the look and feel of the map is very good- like an update BF1942 Gazala map.

Possibly, although I've spent about 50 hours in the alpha and beta so far, and spent a couple thousand across previous Battlefield games. It's my go to game and I hope BF1 gets the creases ironed out before release but at this point I think it's goign to be more Battlefront than Battlefield

Battlefront seemed shallow to me. I can't imagine this having the same problem, what with the number of weapons, maps, modes, classes & vehicles (& weather!). It may be a sad attitude but I expect a lot of AAA games to have bugs/issues on release these days, and to then get patched soon/later on. BF3 and 4 were no different after all.
