Shame this is preowned otherwise I would of gone for it. I prefer to get my games new as I like to keep them in good condition. Anyway not bad so I gave you some heat.

If you buy a pre owned game, just clean the cd and cd cover with a damp soft cloth and a little anti bacteria cleaner. You don't need to over do it because it should not be any more risk to your health than the use of public transport ,shops, workplace ,public buildings, pubs, takeaway and eating places. I played new 'second son' only few hours and found out that this is one of good games but not my type so I'm going to trade in soon.

This game is broken - do not buy it.... I paid £60 for this at launch and £30 for premium and they still haven't fixed all the bugs check out EA's battlefield forum for the list of issues that still plague this game.
#11
surely they have fixed the rubber banding by now?
#12
It was pretty solid this weekend. The rubberbanding is gone but I did occasionally get kicked to the main menu between matches. Nothing game-breaking, though

That's what I was hoping not to hear, guess I'm skipping this title.

cool! pc version on release was terrible. if the rubber-banding is gone im tempted. its a good game and should be better on ps4 without all the hackers

Games runs great on PS4 platform. I've put in 400+ hrs. The rubberbanding WAS a pita but that has now been sorted and the games pretty solid. I think the majority of moaners just can't play the game lol. A few regular people I play with (when in a squad etc) get a little rubberbanding but this must be down to their connection as the rest of the group are fine. And as dedbeat has stated no poxy hackers! lol

You must not have played recently? A lot of the bugs are now fixed, other than Battlelog mostly being offline. Great game, the only one I've kept hold of since launch on PS4.

I suspect what has actually happened is that you've just got used to the lag. Have you played any other FPS recently to compare?

I play BF4 on the PS4 a lot and lag is still noticeable - I often see an enemy, duck behind cover and am then killed a second later by shots fired before I ducked into cover (from my perspective).

Sounds like a small issue, but it's fundamental to how the game plays and it's incredibly frustrating to have a second's disadvantage against your opponents.

Then there are the game crashes, the 10 seconds of no sound in the vehicles at the start of each round (just when people will be firing at you!), the no gold battlepacks after rank 120 (so cannot unlock all the weapons), etc. etc.

Even so, it's still a good game, it's just a shame the above problems weren't sorted before launch, let alone a year later, as it could have been a truly excellent game.

I've been waiting for a Premium Edition for months, at this point waiting so long with no news (so much for an announcement at E3) has put me off buying the game. With Hardline coming out in 4 months, and the already small player base of next gen players (certainly not helped by the launch shenanigans), by the time a significant price reduction comes the player base will be probably be annoyingly small, and alot of severs with the earlier DLC maps will probably be unpopulated. I refuse to buy a BF game without the DLC after seeing the difference Premium made with BF3, but I'm certainly not going to spend £75-80 every year now that there will be annual releases.

I really hope EA revise the pricing of Hardline and future BF titles, otherwise the value of their games will continue to decrease imo (even with BF3 + a Premium subscription costing upwards of £70 on console, atleast their was dev support and DLC lasted over a two year period). I Guess I'll wait and see what Hardline is like post-October.

It's certainly better than at launch, as the horrific rubber banding is all but now gone (but still present at times). The lag is reduced too, but still present and there are other bugs in the game that haven't been addressed.

I suspect a lot of the people who now sing its praises are only doing so because they're used to it being much worse in the past, they haven't played other FPS recently to compare it to and/or they only play large map games where a split second delay isn't as noticeable as in the small map modes.

As I said, it's a good game even so, but not the excellent game it could have been.
