2nd hand so the developer gets none of the financial credit for the game and then the codes will have been used, meaning an extra £7 for anyone wanting to play online. COLD

You are a first class idiot, what do you mean 2nd hand so the developer doesn't get any financial credit? I'm not even gonna attempt to answer that.
You don't need a code to play online, only to access further maps and there's a chance you'll get one in the box that hasn't been used.

They had it for £9.98 in Cardiff city centre. Almost bought it. Infact really think I should have!

Why on earth do people suddenly have a bee in their bonnet about how it is wrong to buy second hand games ?. I sold my ps3 a few weeks back and now i feel bad because i didn't send a cheque to Sony for their sell on fee percentage.

It is possible to get a free vip code - I did it a few months back via EA online live support chat.
Tell them you've had to change xbox live accounts and they'll do it for you - you just need a used VIP code in the box. Worked for me :-) You could also say you're about to purchase the vietnam pack to sweeten the deal for them.
Failing that the VIP code is currently selling on EA with 33% off.
I buy and sell second hand games all the time, nothing wrong with it.

One of the dumbest comments I've read on this site.
