Baylis and Harding are a bit like a cheap Molton Brown, they often smell really similar, and the Black Pepper name is the same - my brother loves the MB version so I'm hoping he'll like the B&H version too, it looks really smart too.

We have loads of Molton Brown in the house and when I wen round to a friend's house I was surprised how similar the Naran Ji handwash we have smells like Bayliss and harding's Mandarin handwash. And with both brands having product names like Thai Vert and Black Pepper I suspect B&H have copied MB on these ones too. I've only used the B&H products at other people's houses but I have been impressed and at these prices can't help but try them and get a couple of pressies.

I am amazed that B and H can look and sound so similar to Molton Brown without transgressing any kind of copyright at all. I mean the bottles and the lids and the sizes and the motifs and the fragrances are based on Molton Brown - it is so obvious. And YES, I have seen them in other people's bathrooms and instantly thought - ohhh this is Molton Brown.

Obviously Molton Brown must think imitation is the sincerest form.......

Yep, I have used them before and had great service. You can pay with paypal too if you have concerns. Also on the topcashback and quidco sites and they vet the sites they take on before the associate themselves with them.

That's what I bought too.
I've actually already bought my brother the Molton Brown Black Pepper shower gel so I might just have to open them up and have a sniff test to see if the black pepper products are as similar as I think they will be. I'm going to keep the B&H set for his birthday though.

I think they have got the RRPs wrong on lots of the items at fragrance direct as on the Argos website they state about 2x the original RRPs for exactly the same products.

I've been using Baylis & Harding stuff for several years now, from when I first saw it in a local independent chemist shop. I chose it first because the Thai Vert & Eucalyptus hand wash matched my bathroom. For £1.99 for the 500ml bottle, its great value, and it smells GORGEOUS. I havent seen much of it recently though, I really hope they're not phasing this scent out, as it is the nicest IMO! Tesco and Sainsbury's occasionally do offers on the handwash too. The matching hand and body lotions are very runny, but they sink in fine.

These have never been expensive, B&H have just hit on a great ploy here - nice scented products that look more expnsive than they are, fab!

code not working :( missed out on free delivery! but the baylis stuff i want is £7.50-10 each in debenhams and bhs!!! definitely still a bargain and delivery is reasonably cheap at £1.95! but i see the 5% voucher works! so that makes delivery £1.57 with 3 x£2.50 products!! :) or the 3 gifts i want £3.03 each instead of £2.50 so think i am going to buy them anyway, still cheaper than buying something for £3 in the shops and these are nice buys! look expensive :) theyll think i paid £10 in debenhams :)
