been after one of these for my hol for my 1 year old as I dont want him in the sun when it gets a bit too hot! I notice these were on HUKD last year at lidl (for a little more money too!)

did any one buy one? are they any good?

I've been looking at the sunsense ones which are 50+ UV protection but a lot more pricey than these!

I bought one in the end, I'm sure I got my £2 worth from it though, so I'm not too bitter about the price difference...

Used it a load in both the UK and Sicily. Pretty easy to set up, needs a touch of umph on the second pole. The thing itself is pretty good. A nice shelter with a 'tongue' that extends out which can zip up for changing purposes. Has a couple of pockets inside (handy for stashing the bag it comes in. Is nice and small for transport purposes, so does a good job all in.

The 1 downside is the pegs. In pebbles, the pegs pull straight out. In the end we just weighted it down with rocks from the inside. Worked fine then.

we used one last year - and it was great - we put everything in it and shut the door when we went for a wonder - also it was great when my little one fell asleep to lie her on a towel out of the sun while we played with my lad next to the tent. I found it great for the money:)

Only problem I found with this is the yellow colour attracted all the midgies & bees so we took it back. Got one from millets which is a blue colour that works a treat.
