  good question - I would say yes, because if you look at the 7 inch version at dabs http://www.dabs.com/products/samsung-galaxy-tab-2--7-0-wifi-8gb-silver-85X3.html it states cashback there in the main description.
  
  edit: also just checked the T&Cs for this offer on samsung's website and found this...
  Qualifying retailers:

  Dabs are a well-established company so I don't see why Samsung would refuse paying the cashback.

  well as I said, it beats the amazon price by £16 because of the voucher and quidco. to someone who is wanting to buy one, saving £16 on the price that went to 500degrees on saturday is worthwhile.
