Even better than the instore deal I posted the other day, with this offer you can get triple club card points, quidco cash back and the £5 voucher off.

180 clubcard points = £5.40 in deals
£5 voucher off the price

Making this less than £50

All I did was search for SIM, order by price lowest to high and add a £2.47 SIM as these give Free Delivery, so effectively you're paying £2.47 for delivery, but I think you can then return the SIM's for a refund?

Hi,

Is there anyway of retrospectively getting Quidco after the order is placed, just spotted that and registered with Quidco but have already placed order?

I bought a couple from the Stratford store last week. After using it I can say its functionality is pretty basic and it isn't very user friendly compared to a Tomtom. But if you need a cheap SatNav its OK, just be prepared to read the manual to work out how best to use it (from the CD not the Quick Start Manual).

As example of difficulty is: let's say you want to program a destination using a point on the map. When you select that option it shows you the map. However if it is centred on somewhere no where near your destination you have to zoom and pan across (potentially) the whole of Europe until you can home in on the area where you want to go. When you finally zoom in on the street you want you have to hold the cursor on the point you actually want to program as the destination for about 3 seconds and then it will lock on to that point (I had to read the manual to work that out). By trial and error I worked out that it is better to part program the destination using an address/partial postcode and then call up the map so you are already in the region you want to go, and then zooming/panning to the destination point is much simpler.

On the Plus side it has full NavTeq European Maps, which makes it a bargain if that coverage is important for you.

I can't see a speed camera warning capability. Map updates cost £90 from Navteq.

If you want this for your mum, or any technically challenged girlie (sorry if that's sexist) then you'll have to spend time teaching them how to work this unit. As I said a Tomtom is much more intuitive.

just ordered one! rated sizzle sizzle hot

I'm not so annoyed that I missed out on the £49.99 Navigo from Ebuyer now!

This appears to be a bargain especially after adding a further £6.50 worth of club card vouchers that I forgot I had!

Any ideas on the best place to get a case for this unit?

Also, as I registered a new account with Tesco Direct does that mean I also missed out on £5 Quidco as well, or is that just for Grocery accounts?
#26
Anyone know if tomtom can be put on? I've done it to Wince 4.2 on a navcam 6200. Is this going to be similar to the navigo?

Hi

Got one of these beauties. Best thing is that it runs off a sirfIII chipset set and a 400mhz processor. If people do not like the software they can always put on the mio 3.3 software/maps which are of tomtom level. People may even be able to use tomtom as it runs windows ce as does my pocketpc navigator which had tomtom on. Unit sadly broken.

If anyone has any info on updating the software etc could they please let us guys know.

Thanks

ps fist time posting how do i vote?
