Same price at Asda, doubt you'll ever see them for £3.44 (unless you've seen the 24 pack). Asda often have these cheaper than this too, but not at the moment unfortunately.

Oh well, we all have to start a deal at some point, sadly mine was flawed, that and google didnt find me enough alternate prices........

good spot-i had to get some from a chemist over Christmas and they were over £3-should have stocked up 'just incase' - we don't have a pharmacy in our tesco-so we have no choice either Boots or normal chemist for us !

Heat added for you lucky ones who can use it !

I buy ASDA's own Cold Relief Capsules 94p for 16 - Same active ingredients.

Always try to buy generic or own brand stuff rather than branded as much much cheaper - that goes for all medicines.

Perhaps we can use this thread as a 'which of these remedys work the best' LOL.

I'm currently boiling chicken bones to make chicken soup for my sick family.

Normally much much cheaper to get generic paracetamol and generic decongestant separately, or together if you really want. And/or a nice cup of tea.

Don't get sucked in by all this "max strength" or "flu strength" nonsense.

Are all caplets deemed 'not suitable for vegetarians' because of the gelatine that is used?
