What are Beko products like, in general? Been thinking of gettinga Beko washing machine, but not sure where they lie in terms of reliability - are they cheap and cheerful, or more top-end?

I am a family of 6, little kids, and would be washing almost everyday :(

I understand that the more you use anything, the less time it'll last, but are Beko a good buy?

Rubbish. Made in Turkey to a very low specification. if you do get one, pay the extra for the parts and labour warranty as you are probably going to need it.

They are on the same level as Indesit or the lower-end Hotpoints.

If you want a good, reliable machine you need to pay more and get a Miele, Siemens or another German brand.
In my opinion, you cannot purchase a quality washing machine for less than £400.

(I am in the component supply industry for domestic appliances).

@Snomaes:

Thanks, repped for your time - looks like I'll need an industry-standard machine!
