The same item on ebuyer are £64.67 inc delivery, so a very good price, even after you added on the cost of delivery.

I have used alot of these and yes they are not as good as APC UPS, but at this price, there is not choice in the matter.

Reviews not good

The load has to be more than 10% of max rating, otherwise the UPS will shut down after just a few minutes of power cut. This is not mentioned in the specifications. On a 400VA UPS you have to make sure the load is at least 40W. For 800VA UPS you will need to draw at least 80W. If you put your computer into standby, with data held in RAM, you will lose your data after a few minutes.
Belkin claim this is a 'green feature. What's green about having to leave a desk lamp on just to load the UPS?

I bought this UPS with the intention of protecting some low-power equipment during long power cuts that occur all too frequently here. Unfortunately, despite the fact that charge remains in the battery, the UPS switches off after about 15 minutes. I can switch it back on, but 15 minutes later, off it goes again.

I have UPSs from four difference manufacturers running several devices, this is the only one that behaves this way.

This UPS might be useful for keeping your PC going for 5 or 10 minutes while you save your work and shutdown, but if you want something that will keep your network routers and switches going until the power is restored, look for something else.
