Description

Belkin Wireless G, or 802.11g, refers to the networking standard that transfers data at up to 54 Mbps using the 2.4 Ghz band. It is ideal for homes and offices that require a flexible solution to download music from the Internet or share photos and other files without wired connections between computers. Belkin Wireless G is ideal for Web-surfing and email.

With a Wireless G Router as the central connection point for your network, your computers can share files, printers, hard drives and - via a DSL modem - broadband access to Internet. Our advanced security protects your connected computers from unwanted intruders. You can add up to 32 computers to your network with additional desktop and notebook adapters

Did you try updating the firmware?

Yeh its on the latest version and sadly a revision that dd-wrt doesn't support. The wireless stays connected it just doesn't transmit any data until you reboot it then its fine for a while.

Wanted to return it but the postage would means its not worth the hassle

Not so reassuring... Nearly jumped at this at the price but glad I read the thread first.

Damn good effort though OP!

Play pay for postage for returned items or arrange to get it picked up for some? If I bought something that didnt work and i could get my money and return postage refunded, i think the hassle of 1 phonecall or 1 email would be something i'd be willing to do.
