Nice find!

As I'm sure it's bound to be asked...

What's the difference between a regular Ethernet cable and a "crossover" one?
http://www.cat-5-cable-company.com/faq-difference-between-patch-crossover.html

Nowadays nearly all home routers/switches will have the inbuilt intelligence to detect a cable is "crossed-over" and adjust its signalling accordingly - ie it won't matter if you use a regular or crossover cable with your home hub/router/switch.

So the only likely "downside" to this deal (ie how can they send this weight/bulk for £1 postage?) is the "grey/yellow" description - ie maybe it's gonna be garish/odd if you have to look at your cable. Though the various listings on Amazon makes it appear as if it's either a yellow cable with grey, or a grey cable with yellow, connectors rather than some stripey affair

No longer available / out of stock.

it's worth knowing that you don't need a crossover cable if you're running gigabit ethernet

It would have been about 3.30 - 4pm on the 6th

I'd just ordered one from ebay the night before and wanted a back up supply... the kids have a habit of breaking the connectors ( xbox to laptop connection)
