Poor reviews initially but a firmware update has addressed these.

good price £34 on Amazon, mixed reviews

poor router, mine wont see the xbox even tho it works and the router drops wireless too often. The firmware update didnt fix any of my problems either, my android phone or ipod couldnt connect but i just went back to the trusty home hub 2.0 in the end.

I have one of these, stay clear. Firmware update just brings more issues than it fixes.
Needs rebooting on a weekly basis

I got one using my Be Unlimited connection. The one that Be provided me is rubbish. No problem with it so far. I might I have a decent one.

Can someone tell me an honist opion of this router. I have seen this for a reasonable price, and im after getting a wirless N modem router. I have read reviews about this, and the firmware being bad. Wonder if the update address the issue? l have read conflicting information that this supports ADSL2.
Or does any one any other good wireless n adsl modem routers, at good prices? Dont mind if its a recon.

I think most of the conflicting reviews are honest - people have problems with wireless connectivity and these can be difficult to resolve. My son-in-law has used this modem for well over a year in a fairly large house with several computers, Wii, PS3 etc. and had no problems. Belkin telephone support is very good. If you want an alternative recommendation the TP-Link TD-W8961N (or W8960) support ADSL2 and are the best value N modem routers at about £35 or less from a number of outlets. The Belkin unit is listed as ADSL 2+ compliant on the Broadband Buyer site which is usually reliable but I have no first hand experience of this.
