I bought this without the wireless adaptor elsewhere but cannot connect to my PC - it asks me to attach the lead from my old modem into it, but it had an internal connection, and so there is nothing which enables me to connect the router to a USB port on my PC - will the adapter solve this?

Thanks - I was after a wireless router as a spare - this was ideal :)

can we use this for wireless bridging

I ordered this yesterday, does anyone have one and is it any good?

I remember looking into this the last time this was going cheap and the answer was there wasn't an option for it in the firmware, even though some places had it listed as a feature.

hi you should have a lan/network port on your pc, use this to link them up, it will come with a cable.

In my personal experience, no, it's rubbish.

Mine kept dropping the wifi connection, requiring a cold restart to bring it back up.

May have been a bad one, but sent it back for a refund and got a TP-Link one instead.

good price

Funny, I went through quite a good few routers such as the Netgear DG384GT, this 9.99 jobbie is the only one to give me a solid connectino.

Nice find OP...

personally I have tried a few belkin networking products and find them to be just terrible. Overheat and dont work after a few weeks

under a tenner for a router and usb adapter, good find my friend. Its adsl2 and yes 54 is not the 150 or 300 but for a basic router on say even a 20 meg connection, (as if on BT lines) its a o.k

I bought this a while back from play for around the same price minus the usb. It really is bad, i would steer clear, but for £10 whose complaining.
