Seems cheap for a quality branded one to me.....

What is a Category 5e patch cable? Think of it as the street that links the houses on your block and all the destinations in town. In actuality it's a cable that connects all the hardware destinations on a Local Area Network (LAN). The RJ45 Fast CAT5e cable provides extra headroom over the standard CAT5e cable and is perfect for use with 10 and 100 Base-T networks. Complete with RJ45 male-to-male connectors and a snagless molded strain relief.

Good find, although it's not often I see the words "quality" and "Belkin" together on the same page without stifling a laugh...

Maybe that's why some are voting it cold - though I can't see any reason why!

Their description could be even clearer if it just left out the cr*p about being a street! If you don't get what a network cable is, I doubt the bits about 'headroom' and '10/100 Base-T networks' are going to help you...

Good price though!

Agreed, but some people really don't understand these things - is an attempt to make it a bit more simple I suppose, wether it succeeds is debateable lol

You won't need CAT 6 for a TV as it won't have Giga Ethernet, even if it did CAT 5e would be fine.

I ordered the eight port switch which was on here at Play. Was in stock, now shows will be dispatched in ten days average, three weeks plus still waiting.
