good quality micro usb cable that i purchased when i lost my HTC Desire charger cable

it is fitted with a clip for a more secure connection to your device of choice which prevents the charging socket from becoming loose

Would be excellent as a spare PS3 charging cable too.

Hadouken!

I think this is more suited to an HTC Desire than a PS3 controller - those use 'mini' USB. But I could be wrong (I usually am :))

If you are after a really cheap 'micro' USB cable, I recently purchased this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/o/ASIN/B001UES9FS?tag=betteraddons-20

Not packaged very well, but it worked okay for my missus' (HTC) Desire :{

I offer this only as a cheap alternative - I think I like the OP's one better.

Yes Micro is not the same as Mini

:( I failed.
Micro, mini, nano, minute.
The world is getting too small for me - bring back parallel ports and serial BUSes!

The desire takes for ever to charge using usb. Fine for data transfers though. Decent price if you dont like flea bay.

tbh, when it comes to these sorts of cables, they all do the job. If you really want branded, then this is a good deal. Personally, I'll stick with the cables I got from ebay for 1p each!

good find OP - cheers!

I find these branded ones far superior to the ebay cheapies because they are physically much better quality and less likely to let you down by breaking. I realise they do the same job though. Ordered two - HOT from me

what's the "Hi Speed" about? I never seen a low speed usb 1.1 cable in my life. Misleading!
voting hot for op's picture, super hot

Thanks, this is exactly what I needed!

Have bought a couple of these previously at this price. Work well for charging my HTC Desire whereas a couple of cheap ebay cables have not worked for charging.

Good deal, ordered, thanks.
