Hmmm sounds like a good idea but I'd like to know how much noise it makes first.

Nice and cool
My laptop runs nice and cool with this cooling stand from belkin the laptop fan inside hardly comes on now, i would of liked rubber pads on the back feet as it can slide if someone knocks it. Overall its a good little thing if it keeps your laptop running cool.

Excellent bit of kit
First class product quiet in operation nice cool laptop now
highly recommended well done belkin and play.com for the good price and speedy delivery

Excellent!
've got an extremely hard working Acer, and this cools it to below room temperature, making it last a lot longer before deciding to over heat. Definately worth it!

I use a Targus Podium Coolpad...

No fan, no usb required. Elevating your laptop is enough imho unless you have a **** laptop :)

I cleared out the dust from my laptop's cooling system and it cured my overheating problem (I was stunned at the difference it made)..

I do have one of these Belkin stands as well though, and I agree it is quiet.

Just stick your laptop on a hot water bottle filed with cold water. It does the same job. Just make sure the waterbottle is very securely shut!

I think its a brilliant price for what it does, the USB fan is tops, and it allows extra flexibility to type..
So gets my vote.......

Only 13.99 on Amazon so not a massive saving really..looked after other sites reviewing this product and after reading them all im not going to buy it.

Someone moaned about noise and another said its not good for 15.4 laptops as it slides off?

Hmm i have my various laptops on for hours just sat on chair arm or maybe a cushion and don't remember ever having any laptop overheat so not really much use to me anyway so i just wont bother voting on this one

It only has ONE fan which is barely enough to even make a difference - I firstly tried a 2 fan one which was good and then upgraded to a 4 fan one which is brilliant - the lappy is now stone cold at all times!

back down to £13.85 inc del. Deal has not expired.

Got mine to day. Noisy little beast. Does a good job of cooling my crouch while I type with the laptop on my lap.
