  but can be a bit of a fiddle to set up. You can mix different makes, but I would stick to the same ones for your network. Much better conection than wireless for a console

  Homeplug compatible means they should work with any other ones that are also homeplug compatble (as long as they are the same speed). But some sets arent' homplug compatible meaning if you want more you need to get more of the same kind to work together, these tend to be the cheaper ones (like the ones that come up on here every few months via BT).
