Don't think this is actually a freesync monitor...

Im pretty sure it is, may not be listed in the amazon description, but on laptopsdirect and a few other retailers it is shown. I will double check just to verify from an official source.

Not a freesync monitor
"There’s no sign of Nvidia G-Sync or AMD Freesync" http://www.trustedreviews.com/benq-gw2765-review
"This IPS panel can manage a 4ms response time and refreshes at 60Hz" http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/accessories/pc-monitors/1401488/benq-gw2765ht-review

yeah this is a good price for this monitor but its definitely not freesync.

Can verify that it doesn't have freesync... damn laptopsdirect's description got my hopes up for no reason, sorry about that all, will update the description, kinda ruined my day to be fair.

Ha, you found it just before me. I've bought it, been waiting ages to upgrade.

That's great!, I'm assuming your upgrading from 1080p, the colors on this monitor and its quality looks AMAZING compared to 1080p, but I'm still fighting my urges to purchase it as £230 is still a good chunk of money. Also as I got my 23" IPS hp pavilion last year this time for £59.99 (lool), would love to see something at 1440p for £100 but now im just being plain cheeky .

Yeah, I bought my current PC on a tight budget. Finally got the permission to give it a proper upgrade when a friend gave me a good price on his 980 so I need the monitor to compliment it, this'll do the job nicely.

I have been on the lookout for a monitor upgrade to 1440p, but am keen to have freesync/G-sync. Otherwise this one is quite tempting.

Pretty much same position as me, was on the lookout for a cheapr 1060/480 but ended up with a Fury for £180, so that made me think that 1080p would be a waste of using such a good GPU.

Good deal, wish I hadn't have bitten at the HE version hot for me

Only thing i could find that was different was the 23W difference in power consumption which isn't going to cost a lot per year anyway.

And anyway, is the E or T going to make a lot of difference to Angry Birds and Midget porn ?

Could have bought an MSI RX480 8gb Gaming X for £240 from Scan. 20% cashback from MSI and free Civ6 from AMD.

Would have got the card for £192 after cashback then if sold Civ 6 would have gotten £30 for it, so £162 total which is still good, but for £20 more that fury is still at a advantage.

It's a 10 bit panel with 100 srgb and most of Adobe rgb must suited for photo editing

Its decent for regular gamers aswell, I was thinking of using this monitor to develop images I take with my Sony RX100, but mainly wanted it to game with. The lack of freesync has stalled me from purchasing this, as £230 is still alot of money. I do hope to see a much more crispy display than my current monitor (23" IPS 1080p hp pavilion)

does this work with 3d vision ?

I posted that one a few days ago, its going for £240 on laptopsdirect, but its quality isnt as good as the Benq.
