hahahah .. lol .. looks like an old IBM mouse/

thats horrible, great deal in terms of price, but I would never use such a thing.

It may look horrible but I think its better than using the trackpad for an hour of surfing. Depends on whether you're used to trackpads I guess, but I prefer mice generally (even if its weirdly designed!)

I've got this mouse (bought from Ebuyer for £6.99) for 14 months now and all I can say that it is absolutely brilliant. I use 2 AAA rechargeables (the combination type not regular NiMHs) which I have only charged twice so far !!!!! There is a very useful power saving feature in the mouse which turns itself off when not used for some time. A single click will wake it.
I love its looks and ease of storage and the really compact size.
Only minor gripe I have is that the wheel isnt silent.
Definitely recommend it. Hot deal.

lol that made me laugh. :)

Voted hot.
Great price.

It only looks like Kryton's mouse while you using it and your hand will cover it anyway.
It folds flat when ur not using it, which also switches it off.
Then it looks more like a business card sized mobile phone.

Great on batteries, weighs next to nothing, 1000dpi, wireless and only a fiver delivered.
I'll let you know what i think of it when mine arrives :)

no wonder its reduced. hot price though.

Oh I am so pretentious I could not touch such a ill designed mouse !

Don't understand the complaints about it's looks. I thnk it looks stylish as hell. Very 70's retro looking in my opinion, sorta resembles an old electric shaver! :p

Good deal though

LOL. I might buy one of these just so I can have a constant reminder of that joke. Hahaha.

Would have been interested, but a range of 1m is surely close to useless?
I'm looking for a mouse for my media centre so I can control it from the sofa (about 2-3m) away. Anything less and I could just use a mouse with a cord...

Think it's designed for laptops so 1m should be fine. For a media centre pay a bit more and you'll get more range.

Card shaped mice are usually expensive. This has a power saving feature that is well reviewed and rare and the foldup is a bonus to other card shaped ones. most importantly apart from good power reviews, it is also small. Great deal, might sell out or go up in price if low stock. receiver stows underneath, hope comes w/ a pouch.

maybe not so good for desktops or as precise as the larger gaming mice but better than the usual 800DPI & @ 1000DPI & overall seems a good choice for netbooks/lappy though.
