Nappy rash is frustrating but here's one of the best nappy creams available. Those little packs you see at the supermarkets are 30g each. This one is at least three times the size so should last a very long time.

Help to protect delicate skin from rubbing and irritants with Bepanthen ointment® containing pro vitamin B5 to aid the natural recovery of sensitive skin. Sealing in the skin's natural moisture, Bepanthen® ointment forms a long lasting, breathable, transparent layer to keep baby's skin soft, smooth and moisturised.

So gentle it can be used at every nappy change, Bepanthen® ointment has a water in oil formula that's suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

Good for scabs on Acne as well, bit greasy though hehe. I've got some cream from Poland with B5/Allantoin, can't remember the name of it, but it's even better than Bepanthen. When I get home I'll check the name of it.

My teething 9 month old has suffered really bad lately with nappy rash. I used the sudocrem care and protect what should of been £10. Have to say it was rubbish for clearing it up. Tried this aswell which I always say was better than sudocrem. However the only cream to clear it up was metanium so will be sticking to that. Voted hot for the price still x

Alantan Plus is the name of the cream.
