I emailed M and M and the attached vouchers have actually now expired.

So in total it will come to: £78.98 (Unless I am mistaken.)

Anyone know what the sizing is like with these? i.e, how small is small?.
Well, I'm a 36" chest in a snug fitting suit, and this fits fine. It's not something that is fitted though, and is somewhat baggy. Hope that helps.
