Was looking for a new chair and noticed this, awesome price at 34.99plus VAT. Comes in black, brown or cream.

My last chair from Viking lasted 10 years so hopefully this is as good quality

Still got my cream one of these, must be going on 6 years now. Have some heat!
These are good *
had a cream one for a lot of years I would say it was a little on the yellow side as opposed to cream side

Last September I replaced it with the same chair in dark brown very good value
Looks comfy does it go alot lower in height as my office desk is short in height lol

Seat height is stated at 453 mm - 548 mm then add on the arm height
Excellent price!
Everthing looks good on initial reading, then you look at previous posts on here in past deals and reevoo reviews and you have to make your own mind up as feedback seems down the middle. I am looking to replace a 2yr old £25 Asda exec chair which has fallen to bits so wondering if this would be better.
These are pretty good, had mine for close to 6 years and although it's looking a bit tired and frayed around the edges (aren't we all!!) it's still pretty decent. Shall be bidding it a fond fair well soon though!

Just to buck the trend, I went through 3 of these (black, then cream, then brown) and each lasted less than 12 months, and once they start to deteriorate they fall apart pretty quickly - the problem was that the back is held on via 2 bolts in each arm rests, and because it doesn't recline you tend to lean back onto it, and on all 3 of mine the bolts on the arm-rest sheared.........and before you say it, I'm a mere 85kg, so not obese.
I then bought a used Markus chair from Ikea for £40 and that has lasted me well over the last few years and still has 6 years left on it's warranty!
I would add that they are a very attractive chair when new, especially the brown.
This is why I like to see balanced reviews, some last for years and others break up in no time.
The other half got one of these a few months ago already it's stitching is coming apart, the other half is a skinny twig and possibly sits on the chair 3 times a week for about 1 - 3 hours.

The back rest part is not as straight as we would have preferred it is slightly bent to the left, drill holes were not quite in the right place.

We may have got a duff one I'm not sure.

It's ok for the money looks very nice but we expect we will be changing this chair late next year.

Personally myself I find it quite uncomfortable feels like I'm sat bolt upright but the other half is ok with it.
