This Ubisoft classic criminally overlooked when it was released has (thankfully) a follow up coming out later in the year (and screenshots are looking fabulous)

For those gamers that have not played it, I suggest you hunt down whatever format you can find it on and play it (it was rated highly on all formats it was released on PC, Xbox, GC, PS2)

However its getting more awkward to find other than second hand, next cheapest price on the PC is Softseek at £8.99 then its Play.com at £29.99.

Snap it up whist you can before the new release later in the year could push up prices more.

Steal of a price at £4.99 New on PC.

Look how good screens from the sequel are panning out :

Not bad for a 5 year old X Box game.
got 90% from IGN for Zelda Style Gameplay but the graphics are showing their age now.
Same price on Steam too.

Voted Hot for nostalgia!

Rubbish Game ...good Price

As stated next best price is £8.99 or then £29.99!!!, please explain why it was a rubbish game?, it was lauded at the time very highly, and really does it matter what age it is? People stil play old skool games, and with the sequel out in a few months, there may be some people that havent played it. £4.99 I dont think is a bad price at all personally for a good game brand new compared to the competition of prices currently, which is what HUKD threads should be voted on.

Sure you may be able to pick it up second hand for roughly the same price on PS2 or Xbox 1, however try getting the Gamecube or PC version for a good price other than this! If hopefully the sequel sells better than the first game, which was rated very highly but sadly overlooked by the general public, but still highly liked by hardcore gamers (Good that Ubisoft are at least trying again

I can't recommend the PC version at all, it's simply awful. It's extremely buggy, even when patched to the latest version, and does not feature gamepad support (I prefer Mouse + Keyboard for most games but not a platformer/adventure game like this).

I have it. It's definitely got a console feel but it's still fun. Has a few unexpected (in a bad way) plot moments but otherwise it's worth this price for sure.

While i don't think the price is fantastic, the game is. Really enjoyed this game. One of my favourite ever games. It's great to hear that the sequel is eventually on it's way.

I didn't have any issues playing this on a keyboard and mouse. i'd just recommend that people play and complete this game

Hot price but you can get it for much cheaper if your willing to shop around the highstreet. Over the years I've seen it ranging from 50p (preowned) to £2 (brand new). I think it's in the same boat as Thief: Deadly Shadows which was one of the best games ever and got great reviews from the critics but just didn't catch on.

Certainly not online you cant even preowned, looked at CEX and there are only a handful of stores that stock the Xbox and PS2 version, the Gamecube and PC version is gettting rarer and rarer...hence why again I will state, try finding the PC version cheaper if you dont already own it brand new and sealed.

Listing as £28.38 at Gamestation online, £29.99 at Play.com and £34+ elsewhere. You are talking as well "over the years" well this is 2009, its an ageing classic, its at the best price it is now for a new sealed copy for the PC, without trawling the High St for any luck finding a decent quality copy.

Certainly may be worth shopping around on the High St, but I feel for a new sealed copy you are not going to do better.

With the second installment (hopefully fairing much better) other than relying on Ubisoft pushing out more copies of the original, expect prices to increase.

Yep, look across the range of reviews for this game and it was one of those delightful titles that was equally playable on all formats....as long as you get to play it instead of criminally overlooking it! Personally feel that weakest graphical version is the PS2 (althouhg none the less playable).

Best game I played on Gamecube (other than the first monkeyball perhaps). I can't wait for the sequel to come out on the 360!

Great game, played it on PS2

Awesome game - great storyline and graphic (for its time) - never had any problems playing with the keyboard and mouse.

Highly recommended.

I've played some classic games in my time (that's what you get from being an eternal adolescent, so my wife says) - and this one is up there with the best. It has some minor faults - primarily that it's not difficult enough and doesn't last as long as say Zelda, but it has gameplay aplenty, soul, emotion and one of the best stories in a game.

Played on gamecube and pc and both played well - the final few action scenes on the gamecube suffer a bit with slowdown, the pc doesn't (depends on just how old your pc is though).

Incidentally played the pc version not that long ago and the graphics are absolutely fine - kind of nintendo wii quality.

It doesn't matter how old it is people - a fiver for an excellent game is very very good value.Lap it up.

I know not everyone likes Savapoint, but they have the OEM release for free+#2.99 p&p - http://www.savapoint.com/savapoint/productinfo.php?prodid=2824&gid=&cid=99 and if you can access the Tiscali section of the Savapoint site, you can get it with XIII for the same price of nil plus 2.99 p&p.

One tip - you'll know when you'll need it when you get to it - use the controller back to front. *taps nose*

Hmm...delivery comes up at £2. Can't get rid of it.

Been this price on Steam for ages, which is a much more conveniant way to get hold of older PC games..
