it still ends up under £9 a set for which amazon are charging £19.99 and you have to pre order

Rather pay apple full price than these theives
This is a joke, right? Who the hell are Bid TV? Is this definitely one that won't lock to the first network it's used with? And why would anyone spend this much so close to the launch of a new iPhone? Besides which you can get a Fulfilled By Amazon iPhone 5 for £505

This is colder than cold.

I agree not worth £250 but very happy for £85. My android faces me so HTC must have connection the other way round. Good having YouTube on loudspeakers as well.
Got mine delivered to the neighbour, it was hermes looks like they improved their service as the courier called me on my mobile to arrange the delivery. shocking lol
the set looks nice , sounds nice ... never worth 250 like inn currys... like the Bluetooth connectivity ... don't like the dock for android as when I place my HTC one X in there it's facing me back ... :( could have more advanced display to navigate folders when playing music from USB drive... what else ... optical(digital) input would be great to connect with the telly
Yeah i knew, oh has the 1st galaxy s and it wont dock but will connect with Bluetooth.
Garts76 just found out that you don't even have to dock it to play music, although you might already know that.
Ragingpup - Sorry to hear your order wasn't delivered, I would have been really peed off, I'm like a kid when it comes to electrical goods.

Garts76 - Glad you got yours without any problems, will be interesting to hear from any others who ordered to see if they also got theirs. I've had to use the instruction book a couple of times which means I am officially old!!

lol yeah know the brand well, up there with rolex, tag and omega :D
nice wind up Flint work a treat!
are you saying their presenters were telling porkies by saying that Christin lars was a "world leading brand" well well!
Tacky and tasteless
I was watching a shopping channel once and they stupidity took the camera right up close to the watch they were selling for a macro view of it. The watch looked pure crap with a poor finish and a horrible cheap face. Some of the products they sell on these channels are truly awful.

You better jump in the shower then.

Its a wonder anyone submits anything on here, when there are folk with nothing better to do than
TTP.
I think it's current price sounds more like it's RRP, maybe with the extortionate P+P added ontop at a push.

Nothing about it screams quality to me - got a stainless steel Ben Sherman watch for 10 quid, got a free wallet with that as well!

Wow. I didn't think I'd ever see a bid tv item on here. It's car crash TV, how do they talk such fiction for so many hours?

Fair enough. But they will soon sell out as only 7 available now..

Maybe you need driving lessons or a new tv.

I suppose they sold like hotcakes what with citeh fans being styleless idiots!

Great find, just got mine today and the grass looks amazing. £9.99 with delivery another great £1 find woohoo!
anthony712;5136242
Mine arrived today, what a bargain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...and mine!

For £10 (inc p&p) I think its a bargain of the year but deffo no where near the RRP of £135. I think the Amazon price of £60 is about right, but guess that would have P&P on top as well as it was market place.

It will be interesting to see how the battery holds its charge as 20-45 minutes useage isn't much if you have to wait 15 hours (but not to be left more than 24 hours!) for the battery to charge before you can use it again...

Its a shame I already have a hedge trimmer and strimmer else it probably would have been my hottest ever deal; instead its a very very cheap gadget which I'll enjoy telling people cost £1!

Cheers OP
Mine arrived today, what a bargain !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only just saw this thread was still on here...
Apologies for jumping to conclusions guys. never seen this company on here before, and assumed the worst. especially as most of these tv companies usually dont offer any proper bargains. Plus from what little i had seen of Bid TV before it seemed terrible...

I already had my back up because of a couple of other self promotion/"junk" threads i saw posted the same day :/

Repped the OP for what little that's worth, apologies again.

I've actually been on this site for years - probably FAR more years than yourself AND posted MANY bargains I had to reinstall windows & for the life of me couldn't remember my original ID OR what email address it was set up on. It was probably set up on Aol - which I got rid of 5-6yrs ago.

You SHOULD have actually bothered to look at the deal instead of accusing me of scamming & self promoting & reporting me!!!

Shame as it was probably one of the hottest REAL deals for a while but it was cold until after it closed - good thing I also posted it on MSE as otherwise none of us would have got the bargain before they noticed their mistake!

I've had my dispatch email - hopefully we will all get them now as the proceedure seems to be automated. Last week they did actually cancel some memory foam mattresses 30 x £460 each start bid that were also wrongly listed as Current price £1 instead of Bid from £1. - - This was the first time they failed to send out items won for £1 (due to mis-listing) so am still keeping fingers crossed.
I have got my despatched email as well. Thanks to op, good find.

It was obviously an item that was going to be live on TV on Monday reducing from the £135 to whatever price it would end up at, but mistakenly got put in Web Clearance section for sale at £1 instead of bids FROM £1 upwards. Web clearance items are only sold in 2's or 3's of each item and normally only drop to around the price they normally get for them anyway. I would assume around £40 for these plus P&P

My favourite one as it goes. Much better than that garbage Deep Space 9

Are you mad?!!!!
DS9 was easily the best of all the trek series :w00t:
Admittedly it had some bad episodes here & there; a fault found in every other series too; but it also had some of the best trek characters, battles & episodes ever recorded!

Garak for instance was a brilliant character, worthy of a spin-off series covering his back story & the exploits hinted at throughout DS9.

:edit:

Ofcourse, BSG, B5, Farscape & Firefly all trump even the best Trek series =D
TehJumpingJawa;5024041
Might be a good price - but dog poo is cheaper & IMO more entertaining =)
