Bigpockets customer service is one of the best that I've used. Can't fault them one bit.

looked at toy for little one it was £3.99 but £5.99 postage
what a rip off it dont cost a business that size that much to send i can send a parcel upto 15kg
if i was a business for £2.95 thats from fastway couriers google em

The Belkin Tunesync ipod dock looks a bargain. I was a little peeved at the delivery(£5) but I ordered one anyway - it's still pretty cheap and Belkin are, in my experience, pretty good quality.

they use city link - told them twice not too deliever when i wasn't in so they did - i eventuall had to travel 30 miles to the depot to collect package myself. no sorry no excuses - this is the reason i don't buy from them - when they change i will buy from them again as previously never had problems

I bought a Sony Dvd recorder about a month ago from big pockets and it arrived within 2 days in perfect condition and has worked perfectley so i can recommend them for sure.

I was half tempted to order some media but when the till rang in with an extra £5.99, it worked out to be cheaper buying the blanks elsewhere.

I don't know what courier service they use but I could send the same item first class recorded for less than £3.00!

Yeah good prices for the blank DVD-R's, looked at the 50's for £5.99.... But P&P charge is a joke!

Same prob here with Citylink AND parcelforce.... poor show for re-delivering. Oh also with our parcelforce you get foreign workers who can barely understand you.... so I think that can also be half the battle.

Was waitin on a new DVD drive for my new computer as one I received was dodgy and never worked... when the company FINALLY sent it after nearly 4 months, I wasn't in... so called to get it redelivered waited in all day... nothing. Called again, no apology, waited in... never arrived, called to get to redeliever AGAIN... no apology AGAIN and then the cheeky beggars sent it back to the computer company!!! For the process of getting them to send me a new one to begin all over again... :x

I think Bigpockets should have a FREE DELIVERY WEEKEND TOO!!

rather than the FREE delivery JUNK!! section.

I'm a happy customer of bigpockets.....our 5yr old has wanted a telescope for ages, so the £3.99 will go down a treat, along with the solar system model that goes with it. I did bawk at the postage charge...but opted to buy an item that gave free delivery...I got the Epson refurbished ink cartridges, something else I needed to stock up on :santa: I could have got a telescope from Argos for around the same price (total of £10) but this way I got the model, telescope *and* printer cartridges...

I agree, postage makes things no longer a bargain, Free delivery items are always £6.99 +, the Bag 'O' **** is a bargain at £3.99 but then with £5.99 postage it becomes an expensive ****.

As long as your happy freecycle, but how many people still have a Epson C44,C46

My brother does not usually complain about anyone so I will because I am sick of consumer abuse. He has spent so much money with bigpockets with many multiple item orders. Strange thing is that sometimes they are very good and sort out a problem in a few days but sometimes they totally ignore emails and then say they answered them. He is not stupid and has been using computers for 20 years and he said that he has NEVER had an email lost except bigpockets emails, go figure! I told him to put his foot down and stand his ground but he is the humble, honest and trusting type (unlike me :-) ).

It is so much hassle for him getting anything done by them that now he doesn't even bother reporting damaged or non-working items to them, just throws them away. It costs him more time than the item is worth to keep emailing them. He is ill and has only 3 or 4 years before he will become fatally ill so this is not doing him any good and makes me angry that he is being treated like this. When he first discovered bigpockets from his wife he was so happy thinking this is a company to do business with but was he wrong or what.

He has been trying to get a 70 odd pounds refund from them for OVER 2 months! They don't answer any questions he asks and even when they do the answer it is not clear. He contacted them about some wrongly delivered items and refund but they just don't reply or keep passing the email to other people in the company (or the emails WERE sent but "lost").

Over the last few months he has introduced so many people to bigpockets he now feels guilty that he may have betrayed them by recommending this company. The truth is that whether you are a one time customer or a bulk buyer, it makes no difference at bigpockets because you are just one bigsucker!

Think what you will for now but if something similar happens to you (I hope not), you will remember my brother's pain and understand what it means to be treated badly.

We haven't used e-mail for over 2 months now as a primary contact point, we use a ticket based system so everything is completely traceable. PM me with your contact details so we can resolve this because we do not ignore e-mails or refuse refunds when they are due!

I look forward to your PM

Then it seems that the emails got lost in your system somewhere because you use a different system now as you explained but some very few emails have been replied to though. I have seen the emails and can ask him to send them to you. I know he is going to be cheesed off about me getting involved but he is my brother and I couldn't help it. He could not place an order with your company this weekend because he is in hospital so I will ask him to PM you directly when he is out of hospital in a day or two. Thanks.

I'm glad you did get involved if he has a problem. Not that I should ever need to but I'm always contactable through here if your not getting the answers you want.
