Promax diet bars at £18
Sculptress bars at £10

Heres a hint.

Both are exactly the same product just different packaging!
this is probably a repost although i though id share it again as people will be in diet mode soon!

Dates are short but they are usually ok for a couple of months after the date after all they are BBE not use by dates

dates for both are: 31/01/2011

Does this company do the shakes?

yeah they do, although most find them expensive but the quality is great
there are many companys with great products i stick with what i know. i use the shakes (cyclone)

http://www.maxitone.com is the womens one.

either way £10 for 12 bars is a bargain, about £0.83p per bar.

pretty good i think.

Almost as yummy as you!

The Promax and Sculptress bars are different. A quick look at the ingredients tells you that. I would pay the extra for the less sweet Promax, myself. £18 is what you would normally pay in Costco for those.

Problem with the short dated bars is that they tend to go rock hard and can bit a bit of a chore to get through, as I found with the Sculptress bars on offer recently.

they were doing a £10off code last week and got the sculptress for a penny delivered .
they taste horrible and i think you lose calories because they take so long to chew. imo most of there bars are hard and chewy and i dont rate them at all. if ever you see "oh yeah " bars on special , give them a try as they are YUMMY and high in protein

They are chewy but the ingredients are quality. most bars are indded chewy but i saw a few in Xtreme Pro in Lincoln full of sat fat and carbs, and it still insists it a diet bar.

go with what works for you anyhow. i always advise that (its my job)
although i still think this should be rated HOT becasue those who do like them and use them would find this a great deal.

theres not doubting that these are CHEAPER than other places reguardless of taste

as for whats in them, nutrition wise.....ill let you play spot the difference.

they go rock hard if stored in colder temps, at room tempreture they are fine.
also the bars are nutritionally the same. noone eats these things because they want a tasty snack the genarally have them beacuse of their content. which FYI is exactly the same.
