  OK for a cheap bike or to lock your wheels to the frame as a secondary lock (anything to make a potential thief's life harder) but I wouldn't count on these alone if you love your bike :)

  Some idiot used one of these to chain his bicycle to my bicycle instead of the rack. Bolt cutter solved my problem in 3 seconds. Get a proper chain instead.

  I bought a cheap lock like this, the key snapped off inside the barrel. Took literally 2 seconds with a hacksaw to get through it. Visual deterent for the thief with no brain cells
