I have just ordered one for my father as his BT line went off and it took them 3 days to repair! Like a lot of people his eyesight is not what it use to be and he hates technology so must be easy to use!

I like the big red SOS button o the back so he can get help in an emergency without having to work anything out. Good price for piece of mind.

Nothing showing on their web site? They did do an older model of this phone but is now discontinued, this model is the latest and I have found it nowhere else cheaper. Obviously you can get cheaper mobile phones but not with the features that make it ideal for those with sight and hearing difficulties to use. (Most other hearing aid compatible mobiles are twice the price.)

yes this may be the older model but brand new all the features as bb200 but £10 cheaper.
