What does this stuff do? Or purportedly do?

I used it every day while pregnant and not a stretch mark in sight! Can also use on scarred/pitted skin to aid healing/renewal.

Its supposed to lessen scarring and e'ven out skin tone' (I'm not sure what that bit actually means) a lot of people swear by it.

I bought some for my neck where I have burns from radiotherapy but it was so flowery scented I couldn't bear to use it that close to my nose!

Cant beat a bit of GTX Magnatec

I just use the 99p store equivalent. Brand obsessed snobs you lot ;-)

I tried this on a red and raised scar from an operation, but it did nothing, seems to be ok on stretch marks etc but no good on surgical scars. I eventually used a product called Cica-Care that I got from the local chemist (they use it in plastic surgery and burns in hospitals) and that worked brilliantly
#16
Does this work on scars from burns? I have a scar on the top of my hand from when I accidently touched the grill. That was a pleasant feeling...
#17
If it is red and/or raised Cica-Care will, it was developed for major burns. I doubt Bio-Oil will, it didn't on mine

my mrs goes through this like wild fire (im sure she bathes in it !!) HOT !

Cica Care costs a bomb, but it is medically proven on raised scars/keloids/hypertrophic scars.

My daughter has a single chickenpox scar on her cheek which she had as a baby which seems to be growing as she gets older. Would this help?

I'm assuming its 'growing' because her face is? Why not have a word with your doctor when you see him next he might be able to give you something to put on it or try the chemist.

As I said earlier, I couldn't stand the smell, very cheap flowery scent, does anyone know if the
99p store stuff is better? (smell wise)

For the oil to be effective you need to use it for a while so buy 5 bottles and get free delivery and save £4.10 compared to your deal
