Good price, and more good news for those that are unaware and were put off buying because of the DRM rootkit allowing only limited number of installs has been removed server side...so buy with confidence!

But what is this deal for? The PC version not the 360 version, you are meant to be voting on the deal being the cheapest, irrespective of PC games in "general" being cheaper than the 360 counterparts.....

It is helpful on these forums to stay on topic with the deal in question whether or not its a good one on the format its listed for! :)

yes its good for pc heat added but i prefer a controller

Great game, thrilling and oppressive at the same time. Often made me feel like I was trapped in an underwater Hotel Overlook from The Shining.

Although I buy more games for my 360 than I do PC, I have to say I personally think you have more control using a mouse and keyboard in FPS than you do using a controller.

Seriously your pulling my chain, you using a ball mouse and a keyboard from 1989 when the keyboards were heavier then the machine itself? How on earth is it easier, I have a PC/Wii/PS3/Xbox and I know damn straight no FPS is ever going to be beat control wise using a controller.

Voted hot, but wasnt it £3.50 on Steam a while back? Would also get round the SecuROM issues too.

buy a razor mouse :) lol I have never heard anyone before say that its easier to use a controller in FPS than a mouse and keyboard.

Its so simple (And better) using a good gaming mouse and keyboard

I already stated earlier that SecuROM issued dont exist anymore.

The SecuROM is still in the product, you still need to activate it online and you will still have SecuROM DRM installed onto your operating system. If the server goes down in the future you may be left without a working copy of this game (if the developers don't patch it, which if they went bankrupt, could be likely).

Not saying it's not a good deal, just that people should be aware that dodgy SecuROM software will still be installed.

Yep. I bought it at that price. Still yet to download it, though.

Same here :)

Looks very pretty but definately needs better than "integrated" graphics - its a slideshow on a GeForce 6150

They're charlatans who send out used games advertised as new, that's who the gamecollection are.

I can't really agree with you! All of the games I purchased from TheGameCollection.net (10+ orders) were brand new. I also purchased a few used games, but they were marked as such on the website.

They don't do it most of the time, but they do it. Regularly and ongoing. You can't have missed all the posts about it surely? It's disgusting and although I may miss some good deals I'm sticking to my principles and boycotting this company until they stop doing it and issue an apology to everyone they've stiffed.

All the posts have been from you on every gamecollection posting. Don't see why you didn't sort it out with thegamecollection instead of posting on here whinning. Mine were fine.
