Swapped to this on the recommendation of a friend. Find this really helped my hair quality and this was the best price I could find.

Looks like biotin to me, according to their title. I think the magnesium stearate must be something they use in the manufacturing, I had a look on wikipedia:

Bioflavia really helped my other half. (has a new kidney, so taking only the best organic supplements and food available)
The highest antioxidant superfruit she could find. Made with organic red wine grape skins.

£2 a month or £10 a month.. Hmm. - does red grape juice give you the same antioxidants then? I prefer not taking supplements where possible as the binding agents are counter productive

Red grape juice would have some of the same antioxidants, just not as many (and might be made from concentrate, and also pasteurized).

It doesn't contain "binding agents". Organic Red Wine Grapes - Organic Grape Juice, Vitamin c. (10 times more antioxidants than ACAI)

Does it have any alcohol content?

No. They press the grapes and then make the wine. All the good stuff is in the skins :)

* I think she got sent a 25% off code if you're interested?

I've ordered this as the bioflavia is just too expensive for me, hope it's still good

Ordered these, they seem good quality, will report back.
