Made with 100% Fish Fillet. WITH EXTRA NATURAL OMEGA 3*. Captain Birds Eye's 100% Fillet Omega 3 Fish Fingers are a meal your kids will love and are both convenient for you and nutritious for them (shh don't tell them). The extra Omega 3 comes from using natural fish oil in our coating, which is a great source of Omega 3... but still guarantees the same great taste and empty plates! So you know you're doing the best for your family. *The Omega 3 in our Birds Eye Omega 3 fish fingers comes from the natural Omega 3 found in the fish fillet and the use of natural fish oil in the coating.

bought a box of these last week and I must say i'm not too impressed...

Call me old (actually dont) but I remember when fish fingers were alomost square on the ends but these were just like planks of wood, the fish wis a bit on the thin side so to speak...

I thought they were a bargain as Tesco's own were £1.50 and these were a quid-ish...

Just my 2p's worth...

Cold for the cynical marketing. Omega 3 is no big deal and is only used to hide the fact of what's actually in them, it's probably Arctic Pollack, who's going to buy "Pollock Fish Fingers"?

Actually, I have eaten these and I don't mind pollock but it is cut a bit thin and is very bland. But then, so's Cod.
