Just nipped to Asda cos i needed some stuff and to check this deal, grabbed six expecting it to go thru at £1.49 each but no.. £1 each :D was too scared to try out the other Birds Eye "Simply" range, but it wouldn't surprise me if they are £1 too.

Were they 250g each Schizoboy ?

I really don't have £18 worth of salmon meals, £10 at best makes me wonder what the profit margins are on frozen food is or if this range is just stopping since Tesco don't have any Simply Haddock or Cod which ASDA had?

Anyone work for a supermarket know any better?
#8
Haven't a Asda that close but will be passing one next Wednesday so hope there are still some available.
#9
The one in my tesco screenshot is the exact ones i got
#10
Is it this one?

Sorry Schizoboy, posted the pic from asda's site, cos they're seemed to be some confusion
As you can see from screen shot, the other simply cod for example is not £1

Just thought I;d comment on this after having 1 for lunch, it's convienent, but don't be fooled by their fresh ads, they're not as good as a freshly fried, 260grams twin pack fresh salmon which u can freeze and tastes far better after defrost and frying or oven cooked salmon correctly seasoned, far nicer to cook it fresh, over 2x the price but worth it.

PS: Seems ASDA have had a massive purge on their offers and changed them to not so good ones, I wonder if all the Pepsi related orders had something to do with this?
