This has been posted before earlier in the month but then it was £59 delivered, I thought it warranted a new post at this new price. I've just ordered one, should be good as the new price is £179! I've currently got a Dyson DC07 which is kak.

The Bissell lift-off Vacuum cleaner utilises the latest in vacuum technology by giving you 2 vacuums in one.

With its ability to separate into a smaller more managable vac with the "Grab and Go" handle, and its own stair cleaning tool you will find cleaning those normally hard to reach areas a breeze. When combined with its base unit it provides powerful suction with its dual motor system. You can tell when its time to empty the Bissell Lift-Off by looking at the easy empty clear view window. It also comes with a telescopic floor nozzle which means no more stooping and a 30ft cord so no size room will be out of reach.

1800 watts.
2 motors.
HEPA media filter, plus 2 other filters.
Easy empty dirt container.
Extra wide powered rotating brush.
7 height adjustments.
Deluxe stretch hose, with telescoping extension wand.
Combination upholstery tool and dusting brush, stair cleaning tool and crevice tool.
Ultra soft bumper.
Dual edge cleaning.
Bare floor cleaning.
Quick release cord wrap.
9m power cord.
Weight 9.89kg.

Blimey , its either one crap machine that they can't get rid of , or , one hell of a bargain at that price .

I've been considering getting the Samsung from Argos for £59.99 but I'll give this a go for £30
#3
I have the Deluxe version of this and it beat both my Dysons, hands down for cleaning and ease of use.

The Bissell Lift-Off Deluxe has all the cleaning power and versatility of the Bissell Lift-Off but with a superb range of additional features.

This super addition to the Lift-Off range comes with an on board Turbo Brush, ideal for stairs and pet hairs, a 13 inch wide floor nozzle, ultra soft comfort grip handle, cylinder carry strap, clean filter indicator and extra set of filters. One cleaner for all your cleaning needs.

• 1600 Watt Motor
• Turbo Brush
• Hard Floor Nozzle
• Cylinder Carry Strap
• Soft Grip Handle
• Clean Filter Indicator

The motor is 200 watts less powerful though.

There's a few customer reviews here.

Hmmm, I got the wattage from Argos's website, Tesco Direct say it's 1600 watts. As the deluxe version is 1600 watts I'll go with the Tesco specs.

Holy **** , £129-£179 price span

£30 is a mega bargain
#8
Just found this PDF, it is 1600 watts afterall.

They are reconditioned models so the price is reflected in this...Still a good deal though...They obviously have a load to get rid of as its time limited....when there gone there gone...
#10
Does anyone know what reconditioned means
? repaired or returned product
#11
Does anyone now how long delivery is on this item as i can't find it on the website.????? Great Bargain...
#12
I have one of these bought about a year or so ago from this web site it came in a box with all the attachments loose inside but the machine looked quite new. They are good machines upto 1600w. My dealings with the web site is very good but the machine is heavy if you have trouble lifting then I would not recommend even the cylinder part when detached is heavy. I forgot to mention mine is now making a great deal of noise from the motor but it does get thrashed and at £30 if you get one a great bargain.

My ex took our's when we split so I'm definitely having another! Cheers.

i have already got one of these after looking for advice on MSE. I paid 49.95 a few months ago....

i wouldn't be without it out. after trying most makes, including dysons, i found they would only last a year or so. also, as i have lots of pets, i like to do a lot of hoovering with the nozzle - all the others would cut out after a short time.

this bissell is fab! i can use it on the nozzle as long as i like (it doesn't overheat, as it gives out the heat instead). you can 'lift-off' the cylinder section and take it where you like with a long lead. it's got great suction and removing and emptying the dirt is soooooo easy.

i have just bought another, as i can't resist as that price incl. delivery.

last time it took 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Totally agree got mine about a year ago paid £49.95 and that was a great price for an excellent vacuum might be tempted to get a spare at this price.

Does anyone have one of these? Are they good?

I've been looking at getting one of these as our Hover is wank to say the least. We have a RPC on it from Argos and we are on about our third.

I have been meaning to getting round to taking it back and getting the Samsung, as it looks alright.

I have a similar on (different model) got it brand new from eBay for £50 including P&P, it is great, stacks better than my dyson, only problem I have with it is the onboard hose things geta blocked a lot, but think it could be because my teenage son doesnt watch what he is picking up with it! (the odd sock, crisp packet etc) , Also very noisy, but great & a good price.

Also wanted to add that I have one of the quickwash carpet cleaners, it is very good, but do wish I had gone for a better model, with a stair attachment, and looking at the recon, I could have got a top of the range for what I paid for my basic model.

Taken from the top of the home page.........

Some of the Bissell products on sale here are refurbished, offering a discount on the original recommended retail price and are delivered direct to your door with a full factory warranty.

A word of caution. To my recent expense I discovered that Reconditioned can mean that the unit has been returned by a customer after 21 days of use and reboxed.

If you are comfortable knowing that the unit you receive may have already been used then this is a bargain.
#24
Just ordered one of these as my Dyson is giving up the ghost. For £30 its a bargain even if it only works for a year. I did however, have trouble ordering it online as I kept putting my info in and it kept jumping back to the start asking for my info again! In the end I phoned to order one. Delivery is 28 days if any one is interested.

Voted hot hot hot and rep added !

Apparantly every reconditioned Bissell is put through a thorough examination and they are also sanitised, packaged like new and come with a full 1 year factory warranty. If this puts anyone's mind at rest. :)

Superb deal. But I'm thinking that I may not get mine because so many others have ordered now. Surely they're sold out.
#32
Just spoken to the Bissel order line.
The web-site has problems.
They will only be able to confirm if an order has gone through, later tomorrow.
She did say that the lift-off model has been very popular,.
#33
Just bought one myself, so still available, great deal, my Dyson DC04 is on its last legs, so hopefully will be quicker than 28 days delivery !!!

12 month warranty is great, if you buy anything reconditioned you normally only get a few months at most, there was no info on delivery charges, price charged to credit card was £29.95, so looks like no charge.
#34
Yep - just ordered mine via their phone line and it is £29.95 with free postage!!! Great deal!!!
#35
ordered mine! my sister has one and it is excellent!
#36
Still in stock, just ordered one. Great find:thumbsup:

Top find...ordered and confirmed!
