It comes with a seperate portable transformer that you just plug into the dustbuster, very much like a mobile phone charger, you dont need to fix it on the wall like the old type ones but you also get a small plastic hook to hang it on the wall with if you wish, but the charger plugs into the dustbuster on this model.

I have one of these from the xmas sale - not something I would really recommend though, doesnt stay charged for long and doesnt pick up dust/dirt well IMO, but maybe I have a duff one !

Thats what I bought mine for, and to be honest the results are not very good at all, it can get pieces of grit and very small stones etc out but anything bigger than a piece of rice and its not able to suck it up, it seems more suited to picking up rice crispies and coffee powder in a kitchen it wont even pick up the fluff from my socks on my bedroom carpet, it also took 16 hours to charge up, so mines on its way back to argos at 1pm.

Thanks Iglimpse!
Didn't know about the scales thingy!
Have left you rep and a chappie named Col who helped me get a brilliant deal with my o2 mobile contract!!
I'm not that impressed with the dustbuster either really. I totally agree with Mark5211 as I got mine for the car too. Its ok for the kitchen though and picking bits up on the stairs. If I had paid the original price of 49.99 I would be on the way back to Argos.

Grabbed one yesterday evening... Mind blowing suction :w00t: compared to the ones I have used before. Stylish finish with part stainless body.

Only concern is the the filter thingy which looks to get clogged soon and B&D wants to change one every six months (apart from washing a few times). How cheap are these?
