Just be a bit careful with this deal. Black and Decker have three grades of power tool - Light Duty, General Duty and Heavy Duty. The EPC models are from the "Light Duty" range, and the general feeling seems to be that these are not especially well made. Checkout the B&D website for more details.

I have an HPC (heavy duty) hammer drill/driver that I bought 18 months ago and which has seen HEAVY DIY use, and which has been absolutely faultless. It shares some of the same parts/design as some of the deWalt models (also owned by B&D) including metal (rather than plastic) gears. I got a great deal on it and it cost me only a little more than this deal.

The moral is don't let people tell you that B&D are crap, but don't assume that ALL models are built with the same quality. This may be a good price for a big B&D package, but it is a LIGHT DUTY model and don't expect it to last as well as the models designed for heavier usage.

I'm reserving voting on this deal. It seems like a good price for all that you get, but if you are serious about DIY I'd be tempted to hunt for a deal (which may only cost a little bit more) on something a bit higher quality.

Ingore
Was £69.98 was £139.98
as there's no way in the world that this was ever worth £139.98.

£49 is pretty good considering you also get those accessories.

I still think though that this drill is a bit too bulky for the average DIYer.

I've got 2 of them, amongst others that it is so I should know. :)
