I have yet to find a B&D product that's actually up to the job. Even occasional DIY becomes expensive when it breaks after 15 months.

Stick around and wait for a great Makita deal or DeWalt.

That's funny because i've had many over the years, this is a good price for a diy drill :roll:

Tend to agree with this.

OK for very occasional light use, but anything else and should really look elsewhere.

For the DIYer stick with Ryobi (Similar price), about 10 times better than the **** B&D come out with. I mainly have Makita gear but have the odd Ryobi tool and they are excellent value for money.

Ryobi are ok but usually overpriced.

If any you would like to show me a good diy drill with same specs for under £50, please do :roll:

I have this drill and it's served me well for 12 months.

Had lots of DIY use and some trade work to.
