This is a fantastic deal:

Overall cost: £180

Usual Phone Cost: £120
BBM at £5 per month: £120

Would be £240 on PAYG with no minutes or texts!

Blackberry without QWERTY is like Ant without Dec.

I don't mind, I find the T9 dictionary typing thing quite easy and I'm used to it from my previous phone.
Or you can opt for the old school multiple key press...

Might ring Virgin up and see if they can better this for XL Phone Line users, which they usually do...

They give the Blackberry Curve 8520 for £10.21/month for 100 mins/500txt/1GB Internet instead of the usual £10.21 for 50mins/250txt/1GB
Will try and persuade them that they should double the tariff for me at £7.50!

Still looks like a nice deal for the kids

Just went into the Virgin shop in Liverpool One and picked up the last one. Service in the shop was excellent. The phone is £120 to buy on its own so for an extra £60 (7.50 x 24months --£180) you get 50mins, 250 texts, unlimited BBM and 1gb on web every month for two years. That's ridiculously cheap.

After the 24 months are up will the the price suddenly go up ?

With £30 quidco at the moment too, just ordered one for my 13yo girl, she has a 5530 at the mo but I figure this will be cheaper and therefore better (for my wallet)

Sorry if it sounds like a crazy question, but could I use the sim and plan in another phone and sell the phone?

The reason I ask is that they have the same tariff but with a free HTC Wildfire but for a £9,99 a month. So I figured getting the cheaper one and ditching the phone.

Has this deal expired?
I only see mention of the £10.21 pm for existing virgin customers when clicking the link
