Great find!!! My contract is up for renewal next month, hopefully they can match this :-)

'Dedicated UK support' - are they having a laugh...? Can't think of the last time I called T-mobile and got a UK based customer service operative, lol. Still the best network in my opinion though ;-) !

Just clicked on the link... Probably handy to mention that this offer is only available for Business customers (NOT Personal customers) :-(.

Well I assume that you mean that Geordie accents are'nt UK based. Everytime I speak to CS I get most helpful service that is definitely UK based
And yes next day insurance replacement is business only

Are you a Business customer??? I'm a Personal... Everytime I phone customer services I get a person from their Phillipines call centre?! Only time I get a UK based rep is when I've gone through to cancel a contract (the Loyalty Team!) :-D .

"Unlimited" terms are always followed by Fair usage policy...

In T&C says: http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/shop/terms-and-conditions/business/#offer6

A fair use policy applies to the use of unlimited minutes. So, if the average use on your account is over 1800 minutes a month per user, we may ask you to reduce the usage on your account so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you fail to reduce your usage, we reserve the right to ask you to move your account to another, more appropriate, price plan.

Title is misleading - it states that the phone is £35, but the contract is £35 (a month!) Thought it was a bargain but I wouldn't spend £35 a month on a phone.
