If you are anything more than a light user and cannot recharge during the day, then you are going to have a problem with this phone. Even with the updates from RIM (which seem to just put the phone into a sleep mode when keylocked, meaning the time does not update for a few seconds after unlocking), and all battery saving measures employed (wifi switched off on leaving house etc), I cannot leave the house in the morning and have the battery last until the late evening (even with very minimal use). It's not really fit for purpose. It's a shame as the previous Curves that I have owned, as well as the last gen Bold that I also use, all have very good battery life.
